  • Resource and Informational Services: General information is available on Zafira.ca, including testimonials, resources, and insights related to Zari’s HR and eldercare services.

Eligibility

Our Sites and services are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing or using our Sites, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Use of Services

  • Personal and Non-Commercial Use: Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, you may use our Sites and services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Consultation Appointments and Fees

  • Consultations: Consultations can be arranged via appointment only, either in-person or online.
  • Fees and Payments: Fees for services will be outlined in an individual agreement. Payment terms and accepted methods will be specified in the consultation or service contract. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee as specified in the service agreement.

Privacy and Confidentiality

  • Personal Information Handling: We handle personal information in compliance with the British Columbia Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and other applicable Canadian privacy laws. We only collect, use, and disclose personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and as authorized by you.

Intellectual Property Rights
